There is no better start of the day than a nutritious breakfast. We serve fresh fruits, oats and cereals, bread, eggs and much more. After an active day in the outdoors, warm up with a cup of tea and enjoy our freshly baked cake. Dinner is always a delicious three course meal made with lots of love and attention.
We are passionate about healthy, sustainable living, and as a result the ingredients for all of our meals are organic and as locally sourced as possible. We believe nature knows best when it comes to our health and therefore our daily, three course menu changes with the seasons. Most of our evening meals are plant based or vegetarian.
We also like to offer our guests the opportunity to experience to try traditional Austrian fare, with a MoaAlm `twist’, and we are sure you will enjoy our carefully developed menu with influences from across the globe.

Preheat your oven at 160°C. Roast the nuts at 160°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Combine the oil and honey in a pan, put on low heat. After 20 minutes put all the seeds and flaked almonds on a tray and roast at 160°C together with the nuts for 10 minutes. Combine the oats, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and salt in a bowl, add the toasted nuts and seeds and the combined heated oil and honey. Spread the mix on a tray and bake for 15 minute-intervals at 170°C mixing every time until the granola has a golden colour. Finally mix in the cranberries and sultanas with the baked granola and leave to cool before storing in airtight jars. Eat for breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruits or use as a topping on your ice-cream dessert. Enjoy!
